Qualifications & Job Requirements

To qualify for our shipping associate jobs or mail center careers, candidates must meet the following:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Hold a valid California Driver’s License
• Pass a background check and drug screening
• Must live within 30–60 minutes of the applied location
• Have reliable transportation
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with shipping, packing, and moving boxes
• Have strong communication and customer service skills
• Be comfortable using computers, POS systems, and shipping software
• Have a working cell phone for schedule updates and communication
• Be available for flexible scheduling (including weekends and holidays when needed)
• Maintain a professional appearance and excellent work ethic
